Ordering Information

Ordering online from the bulbospong.com shop is easy and secure.

Simply add your products to your shopping cart and then select to pay via PayPal; you are then transferred to the PayPal website where your address and payment details are taken on a secure website.

We do not receive your payment details, only confirmation that you have paid and the delivery address.

Your details are never passed on or sold to third parties, nor are e-mail addresses used for marketing campaigns.

Delivery

Delivery is by first class Royal Mail post unless otherwise stated.

Orders made by 11am Monday to Friday are normally shipped the same day.

Peak period delays may apply to delivery of orders, which is outside of our control.

Returns

Returns are only granted where the product has been unopened and unused. Faulty products will be replaced.

Under the distance selling regulations for the U.K. you are have a right to a full refund (other than any shipping costs incurred) so long as the product is returned un-opended and unused.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
